Can I pause my Bioniq Build Your Own subscription?

To pause your Bioniq Build Your Own subscription, please go to Manage My Subscription.

At the bottom of the page, click on "Delay Your Shipment" to select a pause period.

Here’s how it works:
- You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months at a time.
- While paused, you won’t be billed, and no shipments will be sent.
- Your subscription will automatically resume after the selected pause period unless you cancel it before your upcoming billing date.
- Bioniq Build Your Own requires a minimum 3-month commitment, so pausing will only take effect after the 3 months.
