To pause your Bioniq CORE subscription, please go to Manage My Subscription.
At the bottom of the page, click on "Delay Your Shipment" to select a pause period. Bioniq CORE operates on a monthly payment and monthly shipment cycle.
Here’s how it works:
- You can pause your subscription for 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days at a time.
- While paused, you won’t be billed, and no shipments will be sent.
- Your subscription will automatically resume after the selected pause period unless you cancel it before your upcoming billing date.
