How can I cancel my Bioniq Build Your Own subscription?

To cancel your Bioniq Build Your Own subscription, please go to Manage My Subscription.

At the bottom of the page, you'll find the "Cancel My Subscription" link. Please note that the Bioniq Build Your Own rolling subscription is an auto-renewing quarterly plan with monthly payments and automatic quarterly supply refill shipments.

Here’s how it works:
-Bioniq Build Your Own is shipped as a 90-day (quarterly) supply every 90 days.
-The billing is split into 3 monthly payments, scheduled on the same day of each month.This means you would have already received the 2nd and 3rd months of your supplement cycle before we bill you for them.
-Subscriptions auto-renew every 90 days (quarterly).
-We will automatically ship your next 90-day batch unless you contact us to cancel your subscription.
-Subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 90 days.
