How can I cancel my Bioniq CORE subscription?

To cancel your Bioniq CORE subscription, please go to Manage My Subscription.

At the bottom of the page, you'll find the "Cancel My Subscription" link. Unlike our quarterly plans, Bioniq CORE operates on a monthly payment and monthly shipment cycle.

Here’s how it works:

- Bioniq CORE is shipped monthly, with payments processed on the same date each month.
- Your next month’s order will be automatically processed unless you cancel before your next payment date.
- There is no minimum commitment—you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
