We recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day when using Bioniq Essentials products, especially Creatine. Aim for at least 2–3 liters (8–12 cups) of water daily to support proper absorption and to stay hydrated. Staying well-hydrated also helps reduce the chance of bloating or discomfort.
