1. Order your Bioniq PRO: Purchase your Bioniq PRO on our website
2. Blood Test: The Bioniq PRO journey begins with a blood test. Depending on your region, you can choose to order the Bioniq blood test (available in select countries) or start with your own blood test report.
3. Results & Formula Creation: Once we receive your lab report, we'll process it, set up your analytics on the Bioniq app, and create your personalized formula recipe. We can select from up to 120 components when formulating your custom-made supplement recipe.
4. Consultation: Once your formula recipe and analytics are ready on your app, you'll book a 1:1 online consultation. This will help you review them with a nutritionist and identify areas for lifestyle improvement.
5. Production & Delivery: We'll produce and ship your personalized supplements to you. This process takes up to 10 working days.
Most Bioniq members repeat their blood test every 6 months to track their progress and adjust their formula based on the updated health markers.
